Waivers

Please help us communicate need-to-know info with parents by sharing the waiver link with them so they can provide shirt sizes and completed waivers - due by Friday, June 6.

Venue

  • AdventHealth Training Center, One Buccaneer Place, Tampa (map link above)

 

Team Check-in

  • To allow ample time for check-in, getting settled, and starting clinics on time: big men and punters & kickers should arrive by 7AM; and 7 on 7 players should arrive by 9AM.
  • There will be separate entrances for teams and spectators, so look for signage directing you to the correct one.
  • All Players must have completed their online waiver prior to their arrival. The waiver link is above.
  • All players will receive a wristband for field & lunch access when they check in.


Spectator Check-in 

  • There will be separate entrances for teams and spectators, so look for signage directing you to the correct one.
  • Anyone not on your roster as part of the coaching staff will need a spectator ticket ($10 for age 13 and up; 12 and younger are free).
  • Tickets can be purchased in advance at the button below, or onsite the day of the event with either cash or credit card.

 

All Athletes & Coaches Meeting @ 10:00am (Big Men, Punters & Kickers, 7 on 7)

  • Everyone will gather in a designated area.


Game Day Food

  • We're happy to be able to provide coaches and players with a boxed lunch. The wristband you receive at entry will be your lunch ticket.
  • Food trucks will also be onsite.
  • ​Players/teams should bring their own snacks if desired.
  • Please encourage your players to use the trash cans provided.


Hydration

  • We will have a couple cases of bottled water there for your team.
  • Teams are encouraged to bring their own ice chest(s) and/or beverage cooler(s) and ice.  
  • Water stations will be available on site. Please ask your players to bring their own refillable bottles.


Shade

  • Teams should plan to bring a tent or two to provide shade for your players between games. There will be a designated area for teams to set up.
  • There will also be space to set up in the indoor portion of the facility. However, space is limited and there are no assigned spots.
  • Bring sunscreen if desired.


Punters & Kickers

  • Clinic participants should bring their own balls.
